..Και στο τέλος; Μένουν τραγούδια που τα ακούς μια ζωή. Σε ραδιόφωνα, σε κλαμπ, στο κεφάλι σου.
Τραγούδια που σε συνοδεύουν από μικρό παιδί σε όλες τις φάσεις της ζωής σου. Από το ''Wuthering Heights'' και το ''Heart Of Glass'',  στο '' Year Of The Cat'' και στο ''Heroes'' και καταλήγεις διαλυμένος με το ''Strength Of Strings'' και το ''Strawberry Letter 23''. Ανάμεσα όλα τα υπόλοιπα της σημερινής λίστας αντηχούν στο κεφάλι μου εδώ και πολλά χρόνια και σίγουρα για όλα τα υπόλοιπα γήινα μου χρόνια.
Είναι ουσιαστικά αυτά τα 15 που προήλθαν από σοβαρή ανακεφαλαίωση της σχέσης μου με τη μουσική των '70'ς και τις φάσεις της ζωής μου. με χαρά τα μοιράζομαι μαζί σας. Ελπίζω να το χαρήκατε κι εσείς. Εξ' άλλου είναι 162 τραγούδια και ορχηστρικά που μένουν από αυτή τη δεκαετία. και πολλά άλλα βέβαια, όπως σας είχα προειδοποιήσει υπάρχουν σοβαρές απουσίες. 
Και αυτό γιατί δεν τα είδαμε με κριτική ματιά, δεν γινόταν.....
